Specimen

I needed a new avatar and DevID so I decided to expand on my old alien eye and turn it into a fully fledged head. I am in the process of doing the body as well but I thought the head turned out well enough to use as my avatar. I played around with it a little and turned it into a wallpaper as well......hence this submission

All modelled from scratch (you can probably tell) and all textured using procedural textures in 3D Studio Max. Put together very basically in Photoshop CS.

Hope someone out there like it and as ever comments and :+favs: are most welcome and appreciated

PS I have been told it looks a little like the baddie and the fishman from Hellboy......any resemblance is purely unitentional and subconcious.
